Help the Canadian Wildlife Federation kick off National Wildlife Week 2009 at the Toronto Zoo!
- Visit the Canadian Wildlife Federation’s information booth at the zoo’s main entrance to learn about Canada’s native plants and the species that depend on them.
- Spend time in the newly renovated Conservation Connection Centre to learn about the Toronto Zoo's exciting conservation initiatives.
This interactive and engaging two-day celebration begins Friday, April 3 with a special presentation by Rick Bates, Executive Director of the Canadian Wildlife Federation and a representative from the Toronto Zoo. The festivities will continue on Saturday, April 4 with a special presentation on saving Ontario’s grasslands by Jody Gienow, Co-director of the Muskoka Wildlife Centre.
