Photo Contest Troubleshooting

If you are having trouble logging in to get to the contest entry page

• Already registered:  Go to the Forgot Password page (or click on the Login link at the top of the page and click "Forgot Password") then enter the email address you used to sign up with to recover the username/password.  The system will send you an email with your username and password that you can use to login. 
• New user: Sign up here, and the system will send you your username/password by email.

If you are able to login but cannot submit the entry form

• A common issue is trying to upload a file that is not the correct size to meet the requirements.  Images need to be between 2 MB and 10 MB in size.

If you are still having issues please contact us and include the following details to try to help us diagnose the issue:

• The page that you were on when you encountered problems
• Any error messages that you may have received
• The browser that you are using (ie. Internet Explorer 8, Firefox 3 etc.)
• The operating system on your computer (Windows Vista, Mac OS X etc.)
