Climate Change and Carbon Allocation

The Canadian Wildlife Federation (CWF) is urging the Canadian government to allocate a percentage of revenue derived from any carbon market mechanism designed to regulate greenhouse gas emissions to natural ecosystem conservation and enhancement.
