Marine

Canada is surrounded by three different oceans and Canadians are responsible for the stewardship of 243,000 kilometers of coastline and vast areas of the Atlantic, Pacific, and Arctic Oceans. The Marine Program works to conserve our marine environment and the diversity of life that depends on it through its work in three key areas:
- Reducing the Impact of Fisheries on Marine Wildlife
- Marine Pollution
- Marine Protected Areas
Marine Programs Manager
