A. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $12.50 per order.

A. Please allow 3-4 weeks to receive your order.

Q. How do I add an item to my cart?

A. To add an item to your cart, choose the correct size and colour or publication and click “Add to Cart.” You will be taken to an external cart hosted by PayPal where you can click “Continue Shopping” to return to the Shop and Save Wildlife store or click “Proceed to Checkout” to complete your transaction.

Q. Will I be sent an order confirmation?

A. If you have provided a valid e-mail address and order confirmation will be sent. If you do not have an e-mail address, please direct questions concerning your order to our customer service agents at 1.800.563.9453.

Q. The product I’ve ordered is a gift, can I have it shipped to a different address?

A. Yes. Just indicate the correct address in the shipment address fields.

Q. Can I purchase a subscription as a gift that will be sent to another address?

A. Yes. During the checkout process on Paypal you will have the opportunity to change the shipping address, which will allow you to send a subscription to a gift recipient.
  • When you get to the page that displays the "Ship To" details
  • Click on the "Change" link
  • Enter the address of the gift recipient
  • If your order contains items that will be shipped to more than one address, please enter a note with your order containing the additional address and details describing who each subscription will be shipped to
